🇺🇸 Important Information for US Customers

Under current United States import rules, customs duties apply to specific items. To make things easier and fully transparent, all applicable duties are now prepaid directly at checkout. There will be no surprise fees or extra charges upon delivery!

🎵 Music Media (No Tariffs) Vinyl records, CDs, cassettes, books, and sheet music are classified as “informational media” and remain duty-free.

  • If your order only contains these items, no customs duties apply.

👕 Apparel & Merchandise (Tariffs Apply) T-shirts, hoodies, hats, totes, posters, and other merchandise are subject to US import duties.

  • A minimum duty of 15% applies to the total value of these goods. (If the official duty rate of a specific product is higher, that higher rate will apply).

  • Important: Because you now prepay these duties at checkout, DHL Express or US Customs will not charge you any additional clearance or handling fees when your package arrives.

📦 What this means for you

  • Music-only orders (vinyl, CDs, tapes, books) → No customs duties.

  • Merch orders (apparel & accessories) → Duties apply and are automatically calculated and paid at checkout.

  • Transparent Shipping: We use live carrier rates directly from DHL Express. We do not make any profit on shipping fees—you are charged exactly what DHL calculates based on the weight and volume of your order.

⏱️ Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Packing: We carefully pack and prepare all orders within one week of the moment they are placed.

  • Express Transit: All US orders are strictly shipped via DHL Express. Once your package leaves our headquarters in Greece, it will reach you within the standard transit timeframe for international express deliveries to the US.

💡 Examples (Apparel Orders) Here is how your total cost breaks down without any hidden delivery fees (Note: The $24 shipping cost used below is an estimate; actual live rates will be calculated at checkout based on your exact order size):

  • 1 T-shirt ($33): Duty (15%): ~$5 Estimated Shipping: $24 Total ≈ $62

  • 5 T-shirts ($165): Duty (15%): ~$25 Estimated Shipping: $24 Total ≈ $214 (≈$43 per item on average)

  • 10 T-shirts ($330): Duty (15%): ~$50 Estimated Shipping: $24 Total ≈ $404 (≈$40 per item on average)

✅ Our Advice If you're in the US and ordering apparel, we highly recommend combining items into larger orders to significantly reduce the average shipping cost per product. If you're ordering vinyl or CDs only, your order remains completely duty-free!
