We ship all orders with care from our base in Greece.
Below you’ll find all the essential info:

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • Domestic orders (Greece): Speedex or DHL

  • International orders: DHL

⏳ Processing Time

  • Orders are usually packed and shipped within 5-7 working days

  • Pre-orders and limited runs may take longer — check the product description for details

🌍 Estimated Delivery Times

  • Greece: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 4–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 7–21 business days
    Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on customs, local services, or external delays (e.g. holidays, strikes).

💸 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We do not profit from shipping fees — we charge you what the service actually costs.

📦 Tracking Your Order

All orders come with tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is packed. 

🛂 Customs & Import Fees

For orders outside the EU:
Your country may charge customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These are not included in the product or shipping price.
Buyers are responsible for any such charges.

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed, please wait a few extra days and check the tracking info first.

  • If it appears lost or arrives damaged, contact us at merch@naxatras.gr and we’ll work something out.
